so I’m going to the doctor today

and I know they’re going to weigh me. I also know I’ve gained about 15 pounds, I am honestly DREADING this scale. Question is, should I look at it or not? When I see that I’ve gained it usually leads to a binge. I’m so scared.

haven’t purged in a week

But I’m still binging. WTF?? Today I’m trying to beat this binge streak. I’ve eaten about 800 cals and don’t plan on eating anything else the rest of the day.
